Setting up services on your profile

You can create and describe additional services that you want to offer to clients in this section.

The services configured in this section will not be attached to any specific track day event but you can add them as templates and easily add them to an event that you create later on.

You can also set your services as "discountable". Through this attribute, you can define if the service shall be discounted by any discount code that you are planning to give to our clients via your own discount codes that you asked us to configure for you.

To get to the "services" option on your profile click your profile picture on the top right hand of the page and select "services" or scroll down to set up menu and select "services". 

Please enter the required information and save it.

Typical services to be configured in this section can i.e. be:

• pit garages
• catering
• tire service
• guest driver
• transportation
• etc. ...

The attributes "Price/unit", "VAT" and "Currency" can be pre-set here to save you more time once you are adding additional services to your events at a later stage. All pre-set values can be overwritten for each event later on. You are not bound to these values but they shall help you to keep an overview of the prices in the future.

If you are going to organize events at several different circuits, we recommend setting the default price to the prices of the circuits you are going to visit the most.

The attribute "Service Type" is mainly used internally to show icons of different services and to offer them as part of our detailed filter.
